What are your best tips to live a healthy life? - best fitness tips

The Norwegian Board of Health in all areas would be great. Especially eat foods to avoid from fitness advice for colds or get sick, and be happier.

What is so great, but I just wanted some good advice or business secrets or anything. Thank you!

You should be happy, not about all the little worries that goes wrong to think of others that are much worse, or those more of a swich you went, but more importantly, you should cleanse your body of toxins and take suppliments.

Health depends on your lifestyle. You must remain an active at any age. Find out what your requirements for your age group and some activities you can enjoy.
My advice would be kept open to suggestions to be honest with yourself when it comes to nutrition. Listen to your body when you're full. Overeating is the most common mistakes, weight gain. Visit your local library and get their hands on any books I can about nutrition. This is an area as large and diverse, each has different needs to take in relation to food. Keep the smile.
